United States Postal Service (USPS) souvenir cards

Most USPS cards show an intaglio reproduction of one or more United States stamps, plus frequently an offset reproduction of one or more stamps of the country in which the event is being held.  The "description" field below only lists the U. S. stamp/vignette depicted -- if further info about any particular issue is desired, feel free to e-mail me with a request for a more complete description.
